The Sheraton Society Hill in Philadelphia’s historic Society Hill neighborhood is the site of our meeting this year. We have a rate of $199/night for a single or double room (plus room tax) and that rate is guaranteed until September 3rd, 2008. Book your room online at: http://www.starwoodmeeting.com/Book/lsrf. This is a website solely for our meeting and the room discounts are already programmed in. If you are sharing a room and wish to split the charges, one person will be responsible for booking the room and there is an option to enter your roommate's name. The charges will then be split at checkout. Check in time is 3:00 PM; check out time is 12:00 noon. Facilities are available for guests to store their luggage until check-in at 3:00pm or after the 12:00 noon departure time. Please let us know as soon as possible if your plans change and you are unable to attend. Cancellations cost us money.

Air: Philadelphia International Airport (PHL) is the closest airport, about 15 minutes by car (7.5miles) from the meeting site.

Train: Amtrak service to Philadelphia is available to the Philadelphia 30th Street Station, about 5 minutes by car (3.5 miles) from the meeting site. There is also regional train service from the Philadelphia Airport to the 30th Street Station and local subway service from the 30th Street Station to 2nd Street, only 3-4 blocks from the Sheraton.

Car: Automobile rental is available at the Philadelphia airport and driving directions to the hotel are: Take Interstate 95 North to Exit 20 (Columbus Boulevard). Turn left at the traffic light onto Columbus. Turn left turn at the sixth light, for Dock Street. Turn right at the stop sign. The hotel is on the right-hand side. Valet parking is available at a cost of $34.80/day. If you are driving from your home to the meeting, check your route using MapQuest and use "1 Dock Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106" as your destination address.

Taxi/Shuttle: Taxi charges from PHL to the Hotel are approximately $30.00. Taxi charges from Philly's 30th Street Station to the Hotel are about $10.00. The Lady Liberty Shuttle from the airport costs $10.00 to the hotel.
